Multiple Aerospace facilities join Novaria Group in 2020
FORT WORTH, TX – Summer 2020 – Novaria Holdings, LLC is pleased to announce its acquisition of Caliber Aero and Airtech Supply, Inc in 2020. Airtech Supply is a world class machining partner for assemblies, component parts, structural parts, and surface parts. Caliber Aero is a premier manufacturer of aerospace bushings and precision components for the aerospace and defense industry.
This move enables both companies to expand their product and service offerings and expand capabilities utilizing the Novaria’s current infrastructure of networked divisions and resources. “Novaria is continuing to add capabilities and capacity to its unique aerospace manufacturing business,” said Bryan Perkins, CEO of Novaria Group. “We continue to expand our suite of products and solutions to help further our ability to service customers for the long-term.”
Operations continue under the leadership of both company’s long-term leadership teams and both will continue operations on their respective current locations.
