Acquisition enhances proprietary and qualified product portfolio
FORT WORTH, Texas – December 11, 2019 – Fort Worth-based Novaria Group announces today the acquisition of Long-Lok, LLC, a premier manufacturer of self-locking and self-sealing fasteners, with locations in Cincinnati, Ohio and Carson, California.
Long-Lok’s self-locking fasteners have helped solve threaded component fastening problems for more than 50 years using unique and proprietary designs, including thin nylon strips and patches, which help strengthen and secure bolted assemblies during operation.

Said Long-Lok CEO, Bob Bennett: “Novaria is the ideal company to ensure the continued success of Long-Lok. I feel strongly in our decision to have Novaria support and guide Long-Lok during its upcoming stages of growth. Based on Novaria’s reputation and connection to the aerospace industry, this is a strategic move that will greatly boost business opportunities for Long-Lok going forward.”
